Family coming to stay?

Keep everyone nearby, with a little space of their own. The Oast is a whole house for four at Martins Farm, for visits to family and friends around Frant, Tunbridge Wells and Wadhurst.

A house of their own

Time together. Room to settle in.

A family birthday, a weekend catching up, or friends coming down for a wedding. Spend the day together, then let your visitors come back to their own sitting room, AGA kitchen and quiet corner of the estate.

The Oast sleeps four in two upstairs bedrooms. Stays are a minimum of two nights, with free parking and one well-behaved dog included.

Between visits

A garden, a kitchen and fifteen acres.

Guests may walk all fifteen acres, including the estate's meadow, orchard and woodland. The Oast has its own private, fully enclosed garden. The wider fifteen-acre estate is neither dog-secure nor stock-proof. Dogs should remain on a lead outside the Oast garden; deer and other wildlife can be present. The surrounding farmland and neighbouring parkland are private.

One well-behaved dog is included; a second needs prior agreement. The boot room and laundry are in a separate outbuilding.

For a meal out or a walk between family visits, our local guide is a useful starting point.

Coming for a wedding?

The Oast is a base for a small family group attending a celebration elsewhere. It is not a wedding venue or an after-party space. Confirm your venue's location and arrange the return taxi before the day.
