The sitting and dining spaces share the ground floor, with the round kitchen beyond the arch. These photographs show the relationship between the sofa, dining table and kitchen rather than leaving you to piece it together.

An 80-inch television, Wi-Fi and central heating take care of quieter evenings. Outside, the private enclosed garden gives way to the wider fifteen-acre estate. The sofa converts to a double bed as an alternative sleeping arrangement; the maximum for the whole Oast remains four guests.
